Dr. Marson A Griffith (COO/Founder)
Dr. Griffith is a highly accomplished Information Technology (IT) specialist with over thirty-five years of extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. His professional background includes significant contributions to the Department of Defense and the commercial industry. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and Information Technology Management, a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Information Technology Management. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully managed IT projects ranging in value from one million to twenty million dollars, demonstrating his ability to handle large-scale projects. He has effectively supervised teams comprising between twenty and eighty-five individuals. He has occupied various pivotal roles, including Lead Network Systems Integration, Information Technology Project Manager, Adjunct Assistant Professor, Network Engineer II, Joint Exercise Planner, Senior Advisor to Operational Strategies, Operations Chief, Chief Information Officer, and Technical Advisor. Dr. Griffith's extensive expertise has established him as a dependable professional recognized for delivering consistent and proven results. He has been honored with numerous accolades in both civilian and military contexts, reflecting his significant contributions to the field and his unwavering commitment to excellence.
Ashraf (Sal) Megahed (CTO/Founder)
Mr. Megahed is a seasoned professional engineer with a wealth of experience spanning 27 years in telecommunications and systems engineering. He has served in various capacities with the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and the commercial sector. Mr. Megahed has a Master's degree in Telecommunication System Management, a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, and an Associate degree in Biomedical Engineering. Throughout his career, Mr. Megahed has overseen projects valued between $1 million and $45 million and successfully managed teams of 2 to 45 individuals. His diverse professional background includes Lead Network Systems and Distribution Systems Engineer, Lead Communication Engineer and Project Manager, Communication Engineering Manager, Signal Planner, and Technical Advisor. Mr. Megahed's extensive experience has endowed him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in producing quantitative results. He has earned recognition for his proficiency and has held positions such as Chief Engineer, technical group manager, Interoperability Program Manager, Enterprise Architect, and Chief Technology Advisor.
