At M2Synergy Consulting LLC, our journey began with a chance meeting between Marson Griffith and Ashraf (Sal) Megahed at the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) in Stuttgart, Germany. This serendipitous encounter brought together two individuals with a wealth of experience and leadership skills, setting the stage for the creation of our dynamic consulting firm. With an impressive 28 years of service in the Marine Corps, Marson Griffith brought extensive knowledge in military operations, strategic planning, and program management. Ashraf Megahed, on the other hand, had held 27 years in numerous leadership positions in the civilian sectors, honing his expertise in information technology, engineering, U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) modernization, and business management.
Recognizing the power of their combined skills and the potential for collaboration, Marson and Ashraf decided to pool their strengths and establish M2Synergy Consulting LLC. Their vision was clear – to provide state-of-the-art, agile, competent, and cost-effective solutions to our valued customers.
